Bri and Ethan Buchanan-Valenti of West Tisbury, announce the birth of a daughter, Rilo Louisa Buchanan-Valenti, born on Sept. 25 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Rilo weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces at birth.
