The Martha’s Vineyard Coastal Conference takes place Monday, Oct. 24 at the Martha’s Vineyard Film Center in Vineyard Haven.

The free, day-long event brings together coastal managers, environmental and conservation organizations and town officials. Topics to be addressed include climate action planning, coastal resilience, marshes, shoreline position and erosion.

The conference is hosted by Massachusetts Coastal Zone Management, The Trustees, Barnstable County, the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah), the Martha’s Vineyard Commission and Woods Hole Sea Grant.
