Thuy Dinh Miranda and Serigo Gomes de Miranda, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Emmy Dinh Miranda, born on Dec. 5 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emmy weighed 5 pounds, 3.6 ounces at birth.
