The Peter Simon Calendar 2023 edition is currently available, with photos by the iconic Island photographer decorating each month.

Mr. Simon died in 2018 but his wife Ronni Simon culls through his old photographs each year, picking 12 choice ones to represent the coming year.

This year’s photographs include snowy sheep at Allen Farm for February, apple blossoms in bloom framing the Old Whaling Church for April, a quiet moment in Menemsha Harbor for July, to name a few.
