Rafaela Oliveira and Luelbert Oliveira, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a son, Josue Oliveira, born on Feb. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Josue weighed 7 pounds, 15.3 ounces at birth.
