Cape Cod 5 has announced that $7,238 was awarded to seven Island schools through 18 grants as part of its 23rd Annual Cape Cod 5 Educational Mini-Grants Awards. 

A total of 255 grants totaling $122,556 were awarded to 300 teachers from 83 schools across Cape Cod, the Islands and southeastern Massachusetts. The grants, awarded through the Cape Cod 5 Foundation, will fund educational projects developed by the teachers. Close to 34,000 students will be impacted by the projects.
