PathwaysArts hosts its Imagined Gardens and Landscapes event on Friday, April 7 from 7 to 9 p.m.

The roots of the celebration lead back to Pathways founder Marianne Goldberg, who created it as a platform for viewing creativity through plants and landscapes.

This year highlights the work of Roxanne Kapitan, Rebecca Gilbert and Rebecca Saunders.

Ms. Kapitan will showcase her perennial seaside octagon garden; Ms. Gilbert, of Native Earth Teaching Farm, will share insights on weeds via her recent book Weedy Wisdom for the Curious Forager; and Ms. Saunders, of Whippoorwill Farm, will discuss the West Tisbury Library’s seed cabinet and how one can be a part of it.

PathwaysArts is located at the Chilmark Tavern, 9 State Road, Chilmark. For more information, visit pathwaysmv.org.
