Juliana Dostal and Ralph (Skip) Dostal, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a son, Samuel Eli, born on April 28 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Samuel weighed 7 pounds, 10.88 ounces at birth.
