There are no adoptions to report this week, but our featured pets this week are Peter and Teddy, six month-old, black, male rabbits. These boys are hand-raised, litter box-trained and very friendly. Peter even enjoys being held. And as a bonus they’re both indoor/outdoor.

Snort, the 13-year-old, tri-color (calico) Persian with one brown and one golden eye is, unbelievably, still available. She is so sweet, gentle and affectionate and still enjoys playtime. And she has the softest coat. She has lived with both dogs and cats but would probably be happiest as an only pet.

For new puppy owners, we will be hosting a six-week puppy class with Jeremy Jones beginning on Sunday, May 21 at 9:30 a.m. The cost for the six-week session is $240. Class size is limited to 10. Contact the shelter for more information.

Just a reminder that Pink and Green Weekend takes place in Edgartown this weekend. We hope to see you there.
