Nicole Fullin and Lance Fullin, of Edgartown, announce the birth of a daughter, Harper Rose Fullin, born on July 6 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Harper weighed 5 pounds, 10 ounces at birth.

In addition to her parents, Harper is welcomed by her maternal grantparents, Patrick and Christine Mercier of Edgartown, and paternal grandparents, Domenic (Nicky) and Jacquelyn (Jackie) Fullin of Vineyard Haven.
