Cecelia DeGregorio and Andrew McElhinney, of West Tisbury, announce the birth of a daughter, Lucy Rose McElhinney, born on July 21 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Lucy weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces at birth.
