Marlene Dias and Paulo Le Mes Cordeiro, of Martha’s Vineyard, announce the birth of a daughter, Emanuglly Oliveira Cordeiro, born August 31 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emanuglly weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces at birth.
