Rene Millerick and Tim Millerick, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a son, Emmitt Ryan Millerick, born on Sept. 21 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Emmitt weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces at birth.
