Eva Pereira and Ricardo Pereira, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a son, Jose Ricardo Pereira, born on Oct. 15 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Jose weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces at birth.
