Julia Doane and Matthew Dolan, of West Tisbury, announce the birth of a daughter, Rosemarie Julia Doane, born on Dec. 26 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Rosemarie weighed 7 pounds, 10.2 ounces at birth.
