Ana Paula and Dhianniny Alves, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a son, Pedro Ribeiro de Oliveira Alves, born on Feb. 19 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Pedro weighed 6 pounds, 2.6 ounces at birth.
