The West Tisbury School presents Schoolhouse Rock LIVE, JR. on Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m. All shows take place at the school.

Schoolhouse Rock LIVE! JR. is based on the 1970’s Emmy-award winning show, with songs many parents can still recite from their childhood memories. The songs teach a variety of subjects, from grammar to math to political science, with the point of view of the play based on a young new teacher nervously anticipating his first day of school.

The show features students in grades 5 to 8, who have been rehearsing since December.

Tickets are $10 adults, $5 kids, and $20 families.
