Priscilla Fereira De Sousa and Victor G. Pereira Lopes, of Edgartown, announce the birth of daughter, Olivia Fereira Lopes, born on April 23 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Olivia weighed 7 pounds, 11.5 ounces at birth.
