The following cases were heard in Edgartown District Court.

April 12

Brian Caraballo, 24, of Hoboken, N.J, was arraigned on April 7 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on a family or household member. His bail was set at $400 and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 17.

April 19

Marcia Caillaux, 61, of West Tisbury, was arraigned on April 16 charges in West Tisbury of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. She was ordered held on $200 bail and has a pretrial hearing on June 14.

April 26

Ronaldo Robadel, 46, of Edgartown, was arraigned on April 21 charges in Edgartown of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on June 21.

April 29

Vicente Milhome, 47, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on an April 27 charge in Tisbury of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on June 17.

Virgil Cray, 52, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on an April 27 charge in Tisbury of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on June 17.
