Carlos Deoliveira, 52, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on an April 22 charge in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on a family or household member. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on July 19.

June 3

Sydney Bierman, 21, of Chilmark, was arraigned on June 3 charges in Chilmark of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Her bail was set at $100 and she has a pretrial hearing July 11.

Michael Governor, Jr., 58, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on a June 3 charge in Chilmark of violating an abuse prevention order. His bail was set at $250 and he has a pretrial hearing on June 28.

June 4

David Wells, 69, of the Bronx, was arraigned on June 4 charges in Oak Bluffs of disorderly conduct and assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled. His bail was set at $1,200 and he has a pretrial hearing on July 8.

Troy Hobby, 53, of Edgartown, was arraigned on June 4 charges in Edgartown of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, operating under the influence of liquor, third offense, and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license. His bail was set at $500 and he has a pretrial hearing on July 1.

June 6

Francisco Chagolla-Retzloff, 34, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on June 6 charges in Edgartown of operating under the influence of alcohol, third offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, speeding, unregistered motor vehicle and registration not in possession. His bail was set at $250 and he has a pretrial hearing on July 22.

June 7

Steven Podufaly, 60, of Waban, was arraigned on a June 6 charge in Tisbury of assault and battery. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on July 25.

June 10

Holly Conroy, 49, of Falmouth, was arraigned on June 10 charges in Tisbury of trespassing, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer. Her bail was set at $150 and she has a pretrial hearing on June 27.

Lee Felix, 28, of Edgartown, was arraigned on June 10 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on July 29.

June 14

Keith Arnold, 45, of Plymouth, was arraigned on June 14 charges in Oak Bluffs of operating under the influ ence of liquor and operating under the influence of drugs. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on July 11. Henry Leal, 44, of Edgartown, was arraigned on June 14 charges in Edgartown of photographing an unsuspecting nude person, accost/annoy another person, disorderly conduct and two counts of photographing sexual or intimate parts without consent. His bail was set at $4,950 and he has a pretrial hearing on July 25. June 17 Thomas Wilkins, 29, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on June 17 charges in Oak Bluffs of vandalizing property and three counts of assault and battery. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on July 29.
