Meaghan Wheeler and Ross Kellar of Edgartown announce the birth of a son, Cadogan John Wheeler Kellar, born on July 7 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Cadogan weighed 8 pounds, 12.7 ounces at birth.
