Cristina and Joshua Saltmarsh, of West Tisbury, announce the birth of a son, Wiley Ramon Saltmarsh, born on July 8 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Wiley weighed 7 pounds, 13.4 ounces at birth.
