Misty Meadows hosts its annual summer benefit Sunday, August 4.

The event is held at the equine learning center in West Tisbury and will feature clips from the newly released film, Rescued Hearts. Geraldine Books leads a conversation with the filmmakers.

The movie digs deeply into the human-horse connection, in particular how horses can help heal humans in a number of ways. Misty Meadows students will talk about their own personal experiences and how the film aligns with the mission of the organization.
