Sarah and Sean DeBettencourt, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Ivy Margaret DeBettencourt, born on Oct. 29 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Ivy weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces at birth.
