Richie and Leigh Ann Yuen, of Oak Bluffs , announce the birth of a grandchild, Romy Jacklin Pisano, born on Nov. 16 to proud parents Annie and Luke Pisano of Vineyard Haven and Newport. Romy is also welcomed with open arms by big brother Nico.
