Emily Lukins and Joseph Lukins, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Eliza Margaret Lukins, born on Dec. 27 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Eliza weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces at birth.
