Nevia Steere and William (Barry) Macdonald, of Edgartown, announce the birth of a daughter, Eliana Grace Macdonald, born on August 22 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Eliana weighed 6 pounds, 15.3 ounces at birth.
