If it’s October then it’s time to run. The air is cooler and the road beckons. Which road? The road to Aquinnah as this year’s Gay Head 10K takes place on Sunday, Oct. 6.

Lace up the running shoes or come out to watch and cheer. The scenic course is U.S. Track and Field certified and the event is a benefit for the Gay Head Lighthouse.
