Zephir Plume and Alex Peterson, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Adiay Cybel Thrasher Peter Plume, born on Sept. 29 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Adiay weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces at birth.
