Josiane Paiva Souza and Ronie Julio Souza, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Hannah Julia Paiva Souza, born on Jan. 22 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Hannah weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces at birth.
