The National Council of Teachers of English awarded the regional high school magazine Seabreezes its highest award (realm first class) for the 2019 edition.

Seabreezes is an annual magazine showcasing student poetry, essays, plays, short stories, art and photography. The 2019 student editors include Astoria Hall, Emma Van Lohuizen, Blake Leasure, Amelia Kyburg-Abbott, Amelia Simmons, Meredith Carlomagno, Chesca Potter, Molly Carroll, Davin Tackabury, Caroline Hurley, and Tyla Packish. Faculty advisors are William McCarthy and Chris Baer.
