Anna Ribeiro and Joenes Ribeiro, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Luísa Couto Ribeiro, born on Jan. 13 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Luísa weighed 7 pounds, 4.6 ounces at birth.
