Katherine Donahue and Todd deBettencourt, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Quinn Merry deBettencourt, born on Oct. 15 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Quinn weighed 8 pounds, 2.3 ounces at birth.
