Kristin Texeira and Brian Kelley, of Lumberland, N.Y., announce the birth of a son, Rowan Francis Kelley, born on Sept. 28 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Rowan weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces at birth.
