Silvia and Ricardo Carvalho, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a son, Ricardo Lemos Carvalho, born on Nov. 3 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Ricardo weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces at birth.
