Sarah K. Shannon and Jonathan M. Holter of Oak Bluffs are engaged to be married. The couple met three years ago on the Vineyard.

The bride is a graduate of the University of Colorado and is a nurse at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. The bridegroom is a graduate of Kenyon College and Vermont Law School. He currently practices in Vineyard Haven.

The couple will be married in Colorado in the fall.
