Fabianne and Claudiomiro Oliveira, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Elisa Victoria Santos Oliveira, born on Oct. 20 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Elisa weighed 6 pounds, 15.6 ounces at birth.
