Diolene Mendes Pereira and Janio Rodrigues, of Edgartown, announce the birth of a daughter, Olivia Mendes Rodrigues, born on March 7 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Olivia weighed 7 lbs, 10.2 ounces at birth.
