Gordana Mladovic and Nikola Stalovic, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Tara Stalovic, born on Nov. 8 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Tara weighed 7 pounds, 8.1 ounces at birth.
