Anna Markwica Owen and Dominic Owen, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Sofia Frances Owen, born on Nov. 16 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Sofia weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces at birth.
