Katie Nisbet and Andrew Nisbet, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a daughter, Clare Alexina Nisbet, born on Jan. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Clare weighed 7 pounds, 5.4 ounces at birth.
