March 11

Clemente Hernandez, 41, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on March 11 charges in Tisbury of malicious destruction of property, assault, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. He was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing on April 19.

March 15

Kurt Tesch, 65, of Vineyard Haven was arraigned on March 15 charges in Tisbury of lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct, assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled and disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $860 and he has a pretrial hearing on April 5.

March 18

Summer Sanderson, 25, of Aquinnah, was arraigned on March 18 charges in Tisbury of assault and battery with dangerous weapon and strangulation or suffocation. She was released on personal recognizance and has a pretrial hearing scheduled for May 30.

March 19

Carolina Dossantos, 28, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned on March 18 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery, breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, vandalizing property, and larceny from a person. She was released on personal recognizance and is due back in court for a May 3 pretrial hearing.

Daniela Prates, 43, of Oak Bluffs was arraigned on March 18 charges in Edgartown of assault and battery on a household or family member, breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, vandalizing property and larceny from a person. Her bail was set at $500 and she has a pretrial hearing on May 3.

March 25

Trevor Maciel, 30, of Vineyard Haven, was arraigned on Dec. 7, 2023 charges in Oak Bluffs of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, witness intimidation and malicious destruction of property. He was released on personal recognizance and has a hearing on a motion to dismiss the charges on May 2.
