Hannah Burbidge and Brent Turner, of Oak Bluffs, annouce the birth of a daughter, Rayna Catherine Burbidge-Turner, born on July 25 at the Martha's Vineyard Hospital. Rayna weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces at birth.
