Brittany Assis Silva and Tulio Vinicius DeSilva, of Oak Bluffs, announce the birth of a son, Noah DePaula Silva, born on September 19 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Noah weighed 9 pounds, 5 ounces at birth.
