Izadora Coutinho and Zachary Coutinho, of Chilmark, announce the birth of a daughter, Charlotte Lillian Coutinho, born on Oct. 27 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Charlotte weighed 8 pounds, 7.8 ounces at birth.
