Allie and Nick Axelrod, of Brooklyn, announce the birth of a daughter, Lucy Vincent Vivienne Axelrod, born on Jan. 13 at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York. Lucy weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces at birth. She was also welcomed home by grandparents Steve Axelrod and Sandy Schpoont of Brooklyn and Chilmark.
