Mr. and Mrs. Ronald C. Karako of Edgartown and Mr. and Mrs. William L. Spruill of Chesapeake, Va. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Sarah Kendall Spruill to Marc Wayne Coull. A wedding is planned for June 23 at the Old Whaling Church in Edgartown.

Mr Coull is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Grant W. Coull of Virginia Beach, Va. Mr Coull is a graduate of Tidewater Community College and Miss Spruill is a graduate of Radford University. Mr. Coull and Miss Spruill are employed by the Chesapeake Police Department. The couple will reside in Virginia Beach, Va.
