Ariane Lobo and Wallace de Souza of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Victor J. Lobo de Souza, on Oct. 13 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Victor weighed 6 pounds, 4.6 ounces at birth.
