Welcome, Jonathan

Suzanne and Chris Graham of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a son, Jonathan Daniel Graham, born on Sept. 18, 2008 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Jonathan weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces at birth.
