Announcing Addison

Lynn C. and Erik G. Blake of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Addison Chang Blake, born on Oct. 20, 2008 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Addison weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces at birth.
